Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Telemed, a platform that connects patients with independent, PRC-licensed physicians for teleconsultation. 1. Telemed is not a healthcare provider. Medical advice is given solely by the physician you consult, who is responsible for your care. 2. Teleconsultation is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. 3. Payments are made directly to the physician through the physician's own QR Ph / GCash / Maya account. Telemed does not collect, hold or refund fees. Refunds and official receipts are the physician's responsibility. 4. Physicians use their own video platform (Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams). Do not record a consult without the other party's consent. 5. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. 6. Abusive behavior, fraudulent payment proofs or misuse of the platform may result in suspension. 7. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
