Privacy Notice

Telemed processes your personal and sensitive personal information (including health information) in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), its IRR, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission. What we collect: account details, profile, health information you provide, consult notes and documents issued by your physician, chat messages, payment proof screenshots and reference numbers, and technical logs. Why: to provide teleconsultation, enable your physician to care for you, comply with medical record-keeping and legal obligations, and keep the platform secure. Sharing: your information is shared only with the physician you book, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell your data. Retention: medical records are retained as required by law; payment screenshots are deleted after one year. Security: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted by role and need-to-know, and access to health records is logged. Your rights: you may access, correct, download (portability) or request deletion of your data, object to processing, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
